racist - "I would like to meet someone that is white...". If you are accepting money for a service/product, you can not refuse such products/services to any individual based on ethnicity. When I go in to a restaurant or even a massage parlour, I typically don't expect to hear "we don't serve your kind here." If I did, technically it's a violation of my rights as a Canadian who just happens to be a visible minority. Granted since escorts typically work as part of the underground economy, am sure they have refused to see certain types of guys based on all sorts of things but not limited to race, weight etc. Frankly I don't care, but typically any girl taking money for sex shouldn't advertise that they are looking only for people of one specific race.
I, personally, TOTALLY agree with you but when I brought the same thing up
in a past thread, I was actually quite surprised to find out that most everyone seemed to think it was acceptable. Just to refresh your memory if you haven't clicked the link to that thread - the only difference in that case, was that the sp was asian and her profile specifically stated she only saw asian men. Aside from that, the example here is basically identical.
You know, I find it very interesting that not one person has spoken up to disagree with you. Actually, I find it even more interesting that you are bringing up racism since in the case I brought up, you essentially did not see it as a problem that the sp was being racist and discriminatory....and, essentially, telling anyone not asian that their kind weren't welcome. So, besides the roles and races being reversed - what is the difference here?
Whether or not the difference is that it's just not politically correct to call an asian girl on her racism but is PC and expected that a caucasian be called on it - I have no idea.. I think racism is racism and there are no circumstances where someone should feel it's acceptable to openly discriminate and make racist statements. My opinion still is that people will do whatever they want, but to accept that comments like that be made public, as if there was nothing wrong with it, is the same (to me) as condoning racism.
But many did not agree with me, yourself included. So I'd be interested in hearing from those of you who thought advertising only for asian clients was perfectly acceptable, on whether they also feel the same applies to Miss non-pro who will only see white guys.

It took me too long to get back to this thread. I asked Chi to clarify his perception based on his comments about the racist remark (although I did not make that clear enough). Which was met with dictionary declarations.
My next post was going to be along the same point that Bijou made.

Bijou did a wonderful job explaining that.
I am so tired of people "pulling the race card".
Many SP's (East Indian in particular) will not see people of their own race. Is that racism ? Um no... it is for discretionary purposes. If she states that East Indian's are an inferior race and hence she wishes to have no contact with them, that is racism.
I welcome people of all races and ethnic backgrounds. I have a right to do so. In addition, anyone has the right to see whom ever they prefer (who am I to judge) .... whether that person be white, black, purple or polka dotted.
